WHITHAM (Stamford,Vermont) HAND THROWN Art Pottery BOWL Album Album Album Album Exquisite WHITHAM (Stamford, Vermont) HAND THROWN Art Pottery BOWL ITEM DESCRIPTION This is a brilliant hand thrown pottery bowl that was made c1960s in Stamford Vermont by Whitham Pottery. It has a beautiful mottled green glaze on the exterior and a soft off-white on the interior. This is a tall, high sided bowl (dimensions below) would make a lovely display item but it could also be quite useful, holding candy, fruit or just about anything. Age (ca.) c1960-1970s Dimensions It measures 7-1/2" in diameter X 4-1/2" High - this is quite tall for a bowl . Condition Good condition. No chips, no cracks. T is an miniscule (barely a dot) spot of missing glaze on the rim that you'll have to look hard to find. This may be an original firing flaw.
