This is an original mixed media ACEO - Not a print. Size: 3,5 x 2,5 inch. "Angel" is a part of ongoing series of ACEO's with monogram themes, created in June 2009. Signed in the lower right corner. Prismacolor Marker drawing on a fine-textured transparent Canson tracing paper mounted over recycled phone book page on Strathmore acid free 300 Bristol paper 100 lb, painted with acrylic. Embellished with markers. Signed and dated by me on the back. This will arrive in a clear polypropylene, acid free sleeve, properly packed. ACEO stands for Art Cards, Editions and Originals. These are miniature works of art that by definition must be 2.5" x 3.5" (64 mm x 89 mm) in size -- the same size as sports trading cards. They are sometimes referred to as Art Trading Cards (ATC), although by definition ATCs are traded between artists and seldom sold. Art cards are a fun affordable way to collect art. You can frame them or store them in a trading card album.

This sale is for a wooden Owl Single Light Switch Cover Plate. It is made with a mixed media technique and finished with several coats of non-yellowing glossy varnish to protect the artwork. Designed and handcrafted by my wife and myself (Barbara & Marcos Suarez) at our home studio in Orlando, Florida. We proudly sign our pieces (B&M Suarez) Attaching screws are included. From the center line to the right measures 2 1/8a and to the left 2 1/4a. If your switch is next to the door frame ,please make sure it will fit. We try to do our best with photos but color might be slightly different in reality, the good part is that a common commentary is: aNicer in person that in the picture!a It is carefully packaged to minimize risk of damage in a customized sturdy box that makes also an original gift box.
