Fox Lake is home base for me, but love visiting Gurnee, Spring Grove, and Grayslake. At the moment I live in Carbondale, Illinois. It was a big move for me. I've never been away from my family and friends longer than a week, but here I am. It was necessary for me to attend SIUC, so I hopped in a car and drove down here with my two dogs to continue on our journey. So far it's been a really positive experience for all of us. I love the college town atmosphere, the close-knit community I live in, and the quaint little shops around town. The dogs really love going for long walks around campus and the hikes in Giant City Nat'l Park. The greatest thing about the move down here is that I've learned more about myself.
