Here we have a vintage twirling baton. It is quite old but in very good condition. Measures 26" long. Steel and Rubber construction. Only imperfections I see are a couple nicks to the rubber and some yellowing from age. Twirls Great! fWould make a great stocking stuffer. They don't make them like this anymore.
