My names Devon and Im moving to boston to attend the berklee college of music this fall. If your looking to get a project started and want some killer riffs hit me up! My influences are symphony x, protest the hero, the human abstract, dream theater, rhcp, tool/ a perfect circle, mudvayne, rush, nevermore, sevendust etc... I have good timing and can play in any meter from a simple quadruple(4/4) to an odd meter like 5/8 to a compound triple (9/8). To me a lot of the time less is more but i can come out and rip it up if needed :) I'm proficient with 5 finger picking, picking, double-tapping, slap & pop, tap-slapping, raking, sweeping and chordal playing (ex:tool, a perfect circle, primus.) Composing is one of my strengths! I can analyze music, build chords using the figured bass theory. I have memorized every major scale,their relative minors and the harmonic,melodic minors along with exotic scales like Ionian b5 etc... Contrary motion prevails!
