Hello all. I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for my room in our San Marcos house because I'll be moving out of the country in a few weeks. The house and roommates are great. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. All bedrooms are upstairs and two full baths are upstairs, the half bath is downstairs. The room for rent shares a bathroom with one other person. The house also has a washer, dryer, dishwasher, fireplace, fire pit, and jacuzzi. There is plenty of room for parking on the street as well as a two car garage. There are two other people that live in the house. The first is a guy, 23 years old. He is a student at CSUSM (right down the street from us!) and he's a really easy going person. The other roommate is a girl, 25 years old. She works as a parallegal and is a lot of fun to live with. We all get along really well and have fun together so we are looking for someone in the same age range who will fit right in.
