Comet is a 9 year old bay Quarter horse mare, she stands 14.3 hands tall. She ropes, works cattle, runs poles, and loves to trail ride. She has been started on barrels, with just a little work she'd make a nice barrel horse, she has speed when you ask her for it. She has been used the last two years in youth rodeos for breakaway and calf roping. Easy to catch, load, stands tied. She is quiet in the box, rates good. She has been used by an experienced roper and also used by a youth to learn on. No bad habits or vices. Crosses water, logs, whatever you encounter on the trail, she takes in stride, she doesn't get spooked easily, and she's traffic safe. You can ride her bareback. She is ridden in just a snaffle bit even when competing. I am asking $4,200. Would consider trading her for cows or calves.
