This is a great place with nice roommates. everyone is friendly, responsible college aged people. We pay 1600 a month total, and it is split by room, so you will be paying 310 a month. Utilities are water and power, plus a little bit if you use the internet or satellite tv. Deposit is equal to 1 month rent, and the homeowner is flexible on payments.
