This 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo was completely redesigned with a Southwest theme in summer 2008 by a Dallas interior decorator. The open living, kitchen and dining area are spacious yet very cozy. This cabin is darling, clean, and the owners took time to really make this a place where you'd like to stay for your Ruidoso visit. There is a living area with a wood burning fireplace that is very comfy and cozy, the TV offers surround sound, and there is a stereo. It offers a full kitchen, a den that has a foosball table, with a queen size futon bed in it, and a dart board, also if need be a baby cradle. The master has a queen size bed, and so does the spare. There are two full baths. Last but not least a great deck to sit out on and enjoy the bears, the deer, maybe even an occasional elk or two! There is a portable evaporative cooler for your convenience that will keep you nice and cool in the summer, and a gas grill. This cabin rents for $135/night off season, $150/night ski and summer, $225/night on holidays.

The living area is comfortable and cozy with a wood burning fireplace. There is a separate dining area for it's guests, and the kitchen is fully stocked and state of the art. The master features a king size bed with a large bath. It offers Handicap accessibility for our guests in wheelchairs. The spare bedroom has a queen size bed, and the extra bedroom has another queen bed, and there is another full bath. The downstairs den has a big screen tv, a wet bar, a poker table,and beautiful cow hide sofas for your comfort. This entire house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. There is a front deck to relax on with a gas grill. This home rents for $200 a night off season, $250 a night ski and summer, $325 a night on holidays. There is a one time cleaning fee of $140 when reserving this home. No Smoking or Pets allowed.
