If you live in this area and have noticed that it is hard to make "good" friends...you are not alone! Unfortunately, we live in a very judgmental, closed-minded and clickish society. We are seeking other couples to hang out with who are simply "real". How many times have you met someone and he or she said, "Cool, we will have to get together sometime" and they never called you again? We are tired of people being artificial. When we say something, we mean it! Another huge issue in this community is religion. We are spiritual. We believe in a God...but not in man-made, organized religion. I'm 27 years old and was born and raised here in Wilmington. I graduated from UNCW a few years ago and have been workin' for the man ever since. I'm really easy going and can find fun and entertainment is pretty much any situation and atmosphere. I'm a huge Steelers and Tarheels fan. I don't go crazy with watching sports on TV, but will try and make time no matter what for my two teams. I also love Mixed Martial Arts (UFC). Some of my favorite movies are Dumb and Dumber, Boondock Saints and Lord of the Rings (all of 'em). I can find good things about pretty much every type of music (literally) but mostly listen to rock and metal. Like I said, I'm really easy going and can find some laughs in pretty much any situation. I know when and how to be serious though, and won't shy away from putting my mind and effort into things when the situation calls for it.
