Details: I began with an 8x8 acid-free heavy canvas board. To create the soft, sky-blue background, I applied Dr. Ph. Martin's Hydrus fine art watercolor in layers of phthalo blue. The cheerful, bubbly circles are colored with gamboge (orange) Hyrdrus and a bit of ink for contrast. I stamped the text with acid free ink. Finally, I sealed the canvas and added shine with my favorite acrylic gloss gel, which also creates a subtle textural effect. --This piece begs to be touched! Pop "Believe" into a frame (glass optional), or carry it through your house and lean it against a wall to brighten your day. The gloss gel will keep the canvas protected. --"Believe" is an original artwork by Amanda Fall, initialed and dated on the front, signed in full on the back (along with a few notes on the media used). All materials are acid free and archival safe.
