A rare Texas Historical document: A Texas Land Grant Document for 80 acres of land in East Texas! Dated July twenty-seventh, 1916. Sign by General Land Commissioner J.T. Robison and Govenor Jas. E. Ferguson("Pa" Ferguson). Hand written details on the exact location in Jasper County, Texas. Embossed Seal of Texas above Govenor's signature. Attached to the lower left is the Jasper County, Texas county clerk's record of authenication dated July 27th, 1916. Filing information on the back, "Filed for record Aug. 11th, 1916 at 3 o'clock P.M."Paper is a parchment-like with great edging. Document size is 17 iches wide and 14 inches tall, not including attached county paper.
